Digital Area Alarm Unit
An area alarm panel monitors the pressure of each medical gas in the area it serves and raises visual and audible alarms when pressure leaves the permitted band, giving the operations team time to intervene before clinical service is affected.
What is it?
The panel is installed in a continuously staffed location such as a nurses' station, is wired to a pressure sensor per gas, and provides a periodic function test plus temporary audible mute while the visual indication persists. Monitored gases, panel count and locations follow the project design and approved specification.
