Normally Closed Gas Solenoid Valve 1 inch
Normally Closed Gas Solenoid Valve 1 inch
A normally closed valve stays shut at rest and opens only with power present and a valid enable signal, making it a safe choice for facilities where gas must stop immediately on any fault or power loss.
What is it?
The valve is installed on the main gas line and interlocked with the detection control panel and the emergency stop button, cutting supply within moments when a gas concentration is detected or the emergency button is pressed. Size and coil voltage are selected per network design, flow rate and required operating pressure.
Features
- Automatic closure on power failure
- Direct interlock with the detection panel
- Fast response to emergency stop commands
- Installed on the main line upstream of distribution
- Multiple sizes to match network capacity
- Manual reset after the cause is cleared
Applications
- Villas and residential compounds
- Restaurants, cafés and central kitchens
- Hotels, halls and hospitality facilities
- Hospitals and educational facilities
- Bakeries and food factories
- Industrial facilities and central gas stations

Frequently asked questions
What happens on a power outage?
The valve closes automatically and gas flow stops; supply resumes only after a deliberate reset once the network is confirmed safe.
