Gas Filters up to DN100

A gas filter is a simple, low-cost but critical protection element: it stops manufacturing, installation and corrosion debris from reaching regulators, meters and valves, where it causes internal leakage, pressure instability or measurement error.

Overview

What is it?

The filter is fitted upstream of the regulator or meter in the correct flow direction, and sized so it does not add excessive pressure loss at peak load. Sufficient clearance must be provided to remove the element for cleaning or replacement during scheduled maintenance.

Features

  • Protects regulators and meters from debris
  • Fewer failures caused by particulates
  • Cleanable or replaceable internal element
  • Multiple sizes to match line capacity
  • Limited pressure loss when correctly sized
  • Included in the scheduled maintenance plan

Applications

  • Villas and residential compounds
  • Restaurants, cafés and central kitchens
  • Hotels, halls and hospitality facilities
  • Hospitals and educational facilities
  • Bakeries and food factories
  • Industrial facilities and central gas stations
